hey,
My muffler growls really loud when im under 3k RPM. Not WOT, just regualr driving. Its cool for a while, but it does get annoying. Anything i can do, maybe like only have the sound when i am fully acceleratiing or somthing? Probably not easy to muffel the sound of hte muffler (hehe)

Also, with a CAI, will it only make that nice sound when i am fully acclerating, or will it be like hte muffler, and with regualar driving it will scream?

With the muffler, all I can suggest is that you get an exhaust shop to weld a reflective type resonator onto your b-pipe. That should quiet things down a little and not restrict any exhaust flow.

The CAI will only be loud when you want it to. If you are easy on the throttle, it won't make a sound at all. if you step on it a little bit, it'll give you a nice low growl. If you give it WOT, it'll scream.

Or, of course, you could replace your muffler with something a little less aggressive.

Hell no!! Hehe. I like it somtimes, ive only had it for a few days. I am just worried after a while i wont like it. I am guessing that staying in gear until 3.6 is kind of bad? And i run a 3.5ish (im talking RPMS, fyi). If i stay there it doesnt sound any different, so its fine...

I turn up the volume a little on my stereo. Really. That is the best fix I can think of...
