Rough idle today

Other than cleaning the tb and plugs,
both of which i did recently,
what should i check for/fix?

Maf ground...mod for a new generation!
Whats the ECTS?
How often should one change a fuel filter?

Fuel Injection cleaning also helped my rough idle along with the things you all have mentioned...

Clean your Air Filter, check for any loose hoses.
