About to be a Maxima owner again!

I am driving to SC tomorrow to look at a Rosewood 97 5 speed SE, with black leather interior, Bose, loaded. The car is totally stock.

If all goes well I will be buying the car, and when I do I plan on immediately ordering 4 mods for it, with possibly 2 others as well.

I hope it goes well. I really miss my last Maxima, as it was one of the best and funnest cars I have owned.

BTW, I am also keeping the GTP.

Yes, of course.

Oh, ummmmmm, I ended up getting something else. The Maxima I looked at had a SES light on, it had hail damage, and quite a few other things. So much for being immaculate.

I ended up buying a toy.

93 RX7, Black, with tan leather interior and a 5 speed.

This car IS immaculate. It was garage kept, and has only seen rain a few times, including today.

It has 73K miles.

Guess I am waiting for Matt to make a comment about getting another high maintenance car.

I am keeping the GTP.

Ooo ... I love your toy too.

I've dreamt of owning that car since I was in college, my friend had one and I test drove it, love at first 'drive' ... that car is so tight, handles like a dream.

Pity I just bought a house, but good choice. I'm looking at keeping my Maxima (95 SE automagic), and getting a FD-type 5 speed RX-7 (93-95), black exterior with black interior (cloth/leather, no preference). That will be a great toy, much better than doing a tranny swap on my Maxima. Still have an automagic for those lazy driving days, and the RX-7 for when your right arm and left foot itches!!

Good choice ... I envy you. You're living my dream.

Wanna take wagers now that the RX7 last no more than 6 months before he replaces it??
