OEM Wood dash; Can you polish it???

Can the OEM wood dash pieces be polished to get rid of fine surface scratches? If you've done this, what did you use?

I don't think you can really polish it. I mean it's synthetic wood so you'll have to use like maybe a wod cleaner/wax if anything.

You can use Meguire's plastic polish and plastic cleaner. I use it on mine. It helped with the scratches a lot, but some are still there. Haven't tried Pledge, but I would think that is just a film that covers them up and it creates kind of a greasy feel which I would not like.

The best thing to do is peel it off. The stuff is only glued on and t has the regular finish underneath. You just gotta clean the glue off afterward.

I was referring to the OEM wood dash. It is solid wood grain plastic, not a stick on kit. Can't be peeled off.

Thanks anyway.
