Maybe my wording is a bit off but the word manslaughter is in there somewere. I cant argue with you on it but ask some that lives in LA and got pulled over at 100+ mph. My guess is if they crash they are gonna die or kill some1 most of the time since there is no room to go that fast, if some1 does go that fast then they must be doing something stupid to maintaine that speed due to all the traffic example: cutting off several people, ect...

95-99 SEs do not have a limiter. They just run out of breath b/c of the fixed intake manifold. I've taken my 98 SE over 140 on several occaisions.
