any of you guys know if that exhaust is any good?? i just got it put on today...got the piping done and everything...if anyone know anything about it...give me the 411~late

 

Why are you asking if it's good AFTER you put it on

 

You tell us, SUPASTEVE. You're in a better position to know than most of us.

 

I have the Apex Dunk muffler, along with a Stillen B pipe. I love the setup...it's deep, but not TOO LOUD at all. The muffler is very well made and flows well, the tip should be thicker and a bit smaller though...Overall, it's a great muffler.

 

It's really quiet compare to other exhaust. I like it. It give nice deep low tone, not loud. Only dissapoint i had with dunk is that, tip is little thin. But hell, it still look good.
Hey maxrod33, how's your exhaust sounds like after adding b-pipe? feel any gain?

 

The exhaust definitely flows a little freer after the B pipe...the tone got noticibly deeper, but not much louder at all. It sounds great...nice and deep, but not buzzing or annoying like some other set ups. At first I thought the Stillen pipe would make it too loud, but it's just perfect. Ya, the damn thin tip can be annoying though, one scrape and it goes out of round

 

u guys are all saying that its not that loud..but it seems to me that its pretty louD!! gives me a headache!! and get annoying..Hmm..is it cause i got the piping done with 2.5inch piping?? isn't that normal? i dont know..maybe its just me...can't stand it..planning on getting the silencer thing from apexi..
but! i admit..i can feel the difference...flows pretty damm good...

does ur dunk muffler say "dunk" on the tip? i'm pretty sure all the apex'i dunk muffler says "dunk" on it but mine had "apex'i" on it. i didn't notice till i got home. is it cuz it's a newer production or maybe i got an imitation?

 

i got the muff for free..but i paid 130 for the piping at midas~ and on the tip it says..DUNK MEGAPHONE..

 

Don't worry , mine says Apex'i too...the Universal's say Apex'i, the turbo mufflers say Dunk...n/m
