Greddy SP Catback Loudness?

How loud will a Greddy SP catback be on my car?
I am currently not running a Y-pipe, but I hope to be, soon enough...
I want the Exhaust to be deep and smooth, and loud enough so that Ppl around me notice it and be like "D@MN, that car sounds nice" or "That car is modded"
But not loud enough so that it is ricey!!!
Any feedback on how loud the exhaust is with/without y-pipe?

P.S.-I'm a little sad that this exhaust has a 4.5'' tip , but what can you do, I guess it will fit the exhaust cutout good?

with the SP catback you will get "a deep and smooth tone". Take my word, i HATE loud exhausts and mine is perfet for me. Once you get a Y pipe be warned, it will be loud!!

and as far as the tip being oversized.... i dont know why you think its ricey, it actually fits the bumper cut out perfectly and is definitly not oversized at all for the max.

ill post you a pic of mine later when i get home so you can see for yourself

Like this?

Yes, the Y-pipe will make it VERY LOUD at 2.5-3K range.

Mine is very noticeable, but the noise seems to die out in the mid-high rpm range. When I'm racing all you can hear is my intake and a little bit of the exhaust.

Until you get a Variable Intake....all you really hear is the Exhaust
Im switching from an OBX to a Greddy because the OBX is not loud enough..I dont like it and I even have a Y-pipe

i have it w/o the y-pipe and i love the sound... deep and PERFECT. it's not loud or anything. The only thing keeping me away from the Y-pipe is the resonating sound it will make in the interior cabin.. i drive alot, and after my first car, i'm done w/ loud *** droning exhausts.

I have the OBX with y-pipe and CAI and it's pretty loud. Not extremely loud, but certainly loud enough for me. I guess you like to annoy people with the sound of you car
