red/clear bulb question

I think that my bulbs in my cleared turn signals are very weak looking. Especially in the day time. Has anyone tried any different different 1156 bulbs like LEDs or something like that? I need something that puts out more light.

thanx

Amber LEDs would probably do the trick.

Oh actually, I forgot.. LEDs in turn signals will sometimes cause them to blink really fast, which isnt really a good thing if you wanna stay low key with the police.

if your problem is that it's too faint during the day time, LED will only make the problem worse. at night itll look crisp and bright but during the day it'll be concentrated to the area of the bulb, even less dispersed, and harder to see.

with a regular bulb, this is the best you can do, since the reflector was removed you now have to deal with improper dissipation of the light.
