Sound Clip of Blizt BOV?

Does any one have a sound clip of the Blitz BOV in action? I am getting a kit with the Blitz valve and would like to know what it sounds like in comparison to a like a type-s BOV.

Thanks!

I've heard that the Greddy is louder.. But keep in mind with the Greddy that it's prone to leak. While the HKS no one has ever had that problem..

But with my setup my HKS is dumb loud...

I mean I don't really want to sound like a ricer here... but I want a really loud BOV.

Did you get any sound clips when you had the Blitz?

You are getting turbo or sc? With turbo your bov will be loud as ballz..

If you want loud then just get a Turboxs RFL.. They acutally have a new model with 2 horns now... It's insanely loud.

SC. V2 3.33 pulley with the blitz BOV. Can I use my stock fuel pump and FPR with the 3.33?

I have the old Blitz BOV with the big horn on it. I don't know what you guys are smoking, but it's loud. Every ricer has told me that. Definatally noticeable...

I have that setup right now. No problems.
The Blitz will ok with the horn. Phhhttt-phhttt-phhttt-phhttt sound when you let off the gas after boosting.

I'm still using the stock fuel pump with my v2 2.87". I have my inline wired though to be on. And using a Cartech as my fpr.

The old Blitz with the horn is loud. The new SSQ one is not loud at all. I figured you were referring to that one?

Right, I think it is the Dual Drive, it is what ever Shadow had on his car.

PCGuRu- So can I use my stock fuel system with the FMU that comes with the kit, I think it is the 8:1.

SX7R- Is that on your turbo max? Wouldnt the BOV sound different on a trubo than a SC? Turbo being way louder.

Craig- Thanks, I will ask if he has the horn.

Thanks guys! I will be asking some stupid questions pretty soon.

I have the same BOV as Craig and I've heard it maybe 2x while driving. With the hood open it's a good sound but when it's closed, you can't hear ****. Going 60-70mph while listening isn't much help either though

The blitz is a heavy improvement in comparison to the stock one. If you're a stick shift like Craig, you may be satisfied with the blitz. If you're an auto however, the times the BOV goes off are few and far between in comparison -- and at those times, you'll definately want something a lot louder.

Personally I'd try to sell the blitz and get a HKS, which is something I'm going to do during my 5 speed conversion (if I ever get enough money)

Haha! I find all this so amusing! Which one is louder as opposed to better! Well, I like the sound of my HKS. To me when I am in the car with the windows up, I can barely hear it. When the weather is hot, I have my windows down and boy is it loud!

Funny story - I blew by this riced out Eclipse a couple of months ago and my BOV was really loud as I shifted while passing him. I saw him in my rear view mirror looking around trying to find the turbo charged car ... all he saw was a family sedan that was accelerating away!
