Just curious is all. The other day i was at a light and saw a guy i knew who used to sell cars here in town, he was in a slightly modded civic(or so it looked) and i was in my stock S4, i knew i would walk on him but we jumped off the line for fun, i was surprised how he tried to keep up! Just curious, but how many people have run into cars like this out there and how do they do? My 98 max is slightly modded(but auto) and would have cried if i went against him. I think he said b4 this happnd he was around 215hp including his turbo!

I raced a Turbo Civic and I hate to admit but he beat me by a few feet!!

 

I raced a turbo civic too, I beat the guy by about 3ft from a 0-95mph run. That was before my headers,UDP and big tune up .

 

i raced a supercharger regal just for fun.,.....pretty quick

 

How muc gain did you get from headers anyway?

I raced my friend in his s/c Jetta VR6 at the track. I ran 14.0@98 he ran 13.3@107. At the time I had a 40shot from NOS and he was stock exept for the S/C. That was the last time I raced him, now I drive his car.

 

I've raced tons of cars with aftermarket turbos and superchargers. the fastest of which being my friend's 12 second supercharged and nitrous integra GSR. i see his taillights every time.

 

i raced 2 S4's lost to them both.. lost to a GTP when i had only an intake.. "beat" a Turbo looks like a thunderbird.. "beat" him with one person in the car.. next morning i was all alone.. ran into him.. he killed me by about 10 car lenghts.. killed GST's and TSI's

 

I dont race cars i know i cant beat.

I got "beat" by my cousin's 99 Lightning SVT (low 13's) & "spanked" by his BPU++ MKIV (11 sec). 100 shot of NOS will never be enough to keep up with those cars.
