does the factory put some kinda glue under the 3rd gen wing when they're mounting it? i removed mine and there was some kinda hard glue under it, i don't know if it was broken and ghetto fixed or if it came like that.

and another thing... how can you tell if the ecu is dead? would the car not start or what?

 

most wings have a piece of foam or thin rubber then sealent to protect from rust and what not
