guy down the street is selling a 90 Gxe for 200 and the transmission wont go into reverse..otherwise ok.

whats up!? buy or pass!?

 

the tranny most likely needs to be rebuilt...thats what happened to my 90 se...it wouldnt go into reverse...everythin else was fine...it should be around $2000 for the rebuild

 

or maybe the bushings on the auto shift is worn down and they need 2 b replaced????? i had the same problem last year......took it 2 a dealership and fix it and cost me about $80.oo CAD with labour....but in the US..it should b cheaper....
