I think I messed up my tail lights

pics here

I used too much paint and it started leaking on the bottom of the housing. How the hell did it go down there? At least it is on both sides so it doesn't look too ghetto. Any suggestions?

doesn't look too bad to me..... barely noticable in my book.....then again I'm chicken **** to do this myself so I can't complain

Mine did the same thing.. I think you're suppose to take out the tail lights so it will be face down when spraying inside the housing but i didn't do that... Thats just what i think happen.. I could be wrong....

Dammit, I was thinking about doing that too but then I thought I remembered someone saying that I should leave the light in in some thread

its barely noticable but if it bothers you you could always paint the clear part body color.

I thought about doing that... Painting the tails the same color as the car but.... Maybe a winter project... Not right now...

I've painted the chrome part semi-gloss black to make it look like the 01 SE. Not difficult but you have to be careful when cutting the clear lens off.
