Angel Eyes - Found a good how-to

I was searching on the web to find out how easy it is to change my friend's 1998 eclipse's headlights with PIAA bulbs, and came across this. (BTW, does anyone know the answer?)

I haven't seen this writeup here before, so I thought I'd post it for all to see, since it is very good.
