Pulsing sound, Not CV's clicking

I posted a while back about more of a pulsing/clicking sound coming from the front left wheel when i turn right, but no one could diagnose the problem. It's not the same clicking sound as you would hear if your joints are bad. that sound is pretty distinct. I only hear the sound when I step on the accelerator while i'm taking right turns. The harder I take right turns as i'm accelerating the louder the pulsing sound is. Could it be a bearing or something like that on the cv? I just had my cv's replaced by a reputable place about 1.5 years ago. Any help would be appreciated.
