Guys,
I am hearing this clicking sound between Head unit and passenger glove compartment.

Couple of days ago it was happenning only in the morning and if I switch off and remove Key and turn it back on it won't do it again.

But today it just doesn't stop.... clik, click, click... I tried off -on Off-on couple of times. No LUCK...!!!

Sounds like RELAY switching ON-OFF really fast...

Has any one experienced this before...?

It is really irritating. I can drive the car now..Your inputs will certainly help.

yes(!) actually. i forgot about this. it's some relay or maybe even a jammed motor that controls the vent blower or the motor that adjusts which vents are on. i can cure it by making sure that the "feet" are getting air from the a/c or heat. thus, my setting is always either feet/dash or feet/defrost. if i select dash only or defrost only, the clicking will sometimes come back.

see if this cures your problem (guess it's not really a cure, but eh)
