Short ram sucks on 90 degree days

I dont know if it is just my car but it was almost 90 degress in CT today and after driving around in the heat my car seems realy lagy and bogy up to 3k and even kinda bad after that.
Has anyone else noticed this with the short ram.
After i pop my hood from driveing a while its like a oven.

It supposes to be hot like an oven under the hood right? I max is lagging when the AC is on, otherwise, it feels fine.

Try being boosted.

Above 90 degrees with the SC and I may as well be stock!

<OK, it's not that bad - but it sure feels like a good 30-40hp difference!>
