weird streaks on my paint from the spoiler

Hello- I have a black Maxima that has a bluish streak running down from the ends of the stock spoiler. My question is, what do I use to get it out?

Also, when using a claybar, what lubricant do you use to keep the paint moist? -Thanks for any feedback-

You can use most any detail spray to lubricate with the clay bar.

You could try a polishing product or a cleaner type wax for the streak.
