i think there are 3 but just want to make sure. I plan to buy a new battery terminal and want one that can hold all of them and hopefully another for my audio.

And if the terminal can fit 0 gauge i can tighten it enough to fit 4 gauge wiring right?

I just did changed my pos battery terminal this weekend. I bought one that had two 4 Ga and two 8 Ga. It works out fine. One 4 Ga goes to the positive of the car the other 4 Ga goes to my stereo. The other two 8 Ga goes to the two other wires (not sure what they are for). Hope this helps.

yes that helps a lot. I was pretty confident that there were 3 wires going into the positive terminal but i thought they were all 4 gauge. So one is 4 gauge and i guess the two that are covered by the red top part are 8 gauge? I now understand, thanks bro

I did the same thing. except I bought one that had 1/0, 2/8 and 1/4. The 4 guage went to my amp, and I just tightened the 0 guage down on the positive cable.

Peace - Chad
