Damn clean engine for a 2002.

So I hear all these people saying this is a cake mod? True?

Bout the only thing I would want to do to my car better cornering.

I leased my car, think adding a FSTB & RSB would have an impact? or just remove it for service, end of lease ?

Yea, they are both really simple to install arn. Niether should have an effect on your warranty/lease. Hell, when I took mine in today to get the oil change the guys were like cool, never seen those on a max before.

I did the FSTB myself.....but because i don't have the tools, and i'm not too crazy about lying on my back, under a car in my laneway, i paid a shop $50 to install my Progress RSB. Its a pretty simple installtion, but for me it was money well spent.

Well firstly, Cattman sells the PROGRESS bar. I just got it. I've read a lot of the feedback and maybe I'm too picky but the diference, though there was not as significant as I was hoping for. Maybe once my ftb comes in today I'll notice it more. Also, I am running crappy Potenzas. I'll probably wind up with stiffer struts before long. As far as instal goes, if you have to ask, you probably should just pay to get it done. I mean for me it was cake and part of the fun of owning my Max is working on it. Technically, my sister could do it. Just make sure to secure the car well and block the wheels cause you will be directly under parts you don't want falling on you. Hint, after you remove the wheels and it's on jack stands- not just jacks...stick the rims under the frame so that if it fell it won't go far. Never use jack stands in dirt or soft surfaces like grass...pavement only. Hopefully this helps.
