price of an 03

I am going to look at a 2003 6spd max. Its got every option except for nav. It has 21k on it. Blue with grey leather. Hes asking $22,500 which is too high. Assuming the car is perfect, whats a good deal on buying it?

And btw, what are the differances, if any, between an 02 and 03? Thanks

$21K sounds about right. I payed ~$22.2K for a brand new one without leather + tax, etc.

Same exact car, only difference is on the 2k3 there were two new colors added and you the "Titanium Package" was also added in as an option.

Auto? Ex-rental?

6 speeds are harder to come by so they cost more. Plus, your mileage is outrageous and you don't have leather.

Auto, ex-hertz, no body damage (8-10 stone chips on hood), no interior stains, didn't want leather(pain to keep up in colorado's dry climate), still under warranty.
I just wanted cheap reliable transportation that was fun to drive. I've got too many other high-end toys that require time and money right now.

Shouln't pay more than $20K for a car that is not even a year old w/21,000 miles on it

You definitely got a good deal, don't get me wrong. But your car doesn't compare to a loaded, non-rental 6 speed.
