5spd Tranny rebuild / repacment clutch complete.

After doing the initial R&R and rebuild and finding no 4th on the test drive, I went back in and did the R&R again. I had to go on a panic trip to Austin early last week and I've been sick with bronchitis the rest of the week, but I still got it done.

From driving in to workshop to putting the tranny on the bench: 1h 45m
Open it up, find the weak C-lip that had fallen out of pistition and replace it: 15m
Install tranny and drive out again: 2h

Damn - complete R&R in 4h, that includes cracking the tranny apart and fixing the 4th linkage.

I used a cutch disk I got from Nissan for $70 - and it's perfect - no chatter or slip or anything. Engages perfectly. All other clutch components were new except throwout arm, and I got the flywheel resurfaced for $30.
