i took my car into the dealer last week and with the help of paul showed them the new updated TSB on the auto trannies. of course they couldnt find anything wrong, then went so far as to say that my car didnt apply to those vin numbers. i told them that they had already replaced the TCM once, and now that it was malfunctioning. they refused to do anything unless they see a problem. well, this morning on my way to work at 4:30 am, it was cold, and it slipped twice, so i was fed up. at 7:30 when the service dept opened i called down there and in so many words told them they had better do something about this because its ridiculous that i have to continue to bring my car down there and them find nothing wrong when im the one who drives it EVERYDAY and i KNOW something is wrong. so in a half smart tone he said "well if it will make you feel better i will order the parts and put them on, but i dont think you will notice a difference." ugh what i put up with at this dealer. you would think that after my family and i buying 5 cars from this dealer that they would be a little more cooperative, but i guess not. BTW i was reading in the latest motor trend about some exciting things nissan is doing, the new z and sentra se-r, etc, but they had better fix their customer relations, because that is their huge downfall. so in the end i get my updated service to the tranny, i will post when it is installed.

Hang in there. I'm getting my car back this afternoon, I think. They have finished the solenoid valve assembly installation. They are getting ready to test drive it. News at 11.
