That's sick. Those angel eyes rock, I want to get get them, but first I have to get cash. Gotta give you props, those look sweet on your max. Those angel fogs are even better. How long does it take to install the angel eyes?

very sweet pics.

I have one question tho why does the ring closest to the blinker look smaller than the actual ring of the light?

I am not hating I am just asking if it was done like that for a purpose.

At first I really likes these lights. But recently, instead of growing on me it's growing out of me. It looks good but I don't think I'd put those on mine.

altho, I KNOW I wouldn't put these on my car...Not a fan of the ring color and not a fan of the whole "taking apart the headlight" process, especially when my car is shy of 4 months old

the fogs aren't completely installed, that's why there's all that space around it...

Thanks everyone for the comments! To answer all your questions:

BLKMAX005SPD- I removed the orange piece and have nothing in its place. Its just a PIAA extreme white blue bulb in there.

151- I couldnt do anything about the foglight gap. Thats the size the fogs came in. They are the Hella Optilux fogs. The only problem I see is that more dirt gets inside that foglight hole than before.

mjg- I have PIAA extreme white fogs, PIAA turning signal, and Polarg corner and clearance lights. They all match the HID's perfectly except for these new Angel eyes. I'm waiting for them to make filters for it.

NMK618503- I did the install very slow and it took me 4-5 hours which also included painting the headlights black. Mind you I only did the drivers side headlight, havent done the other yet.

2kprlmax- Yes the ring beside the blinker is smaller than the inner ring. The smaller ring actually mounts inside the chrome housing whereas the inner ring sits further out.

Instructions say to do it this way.

But the enterprising individual can do it the other way, the clips are relatively universal and since the rings can be bent to shape, you can do it that way.

However, and this is mostly because I don't recall, there was a good reason why we wrote this up this way, and I think it's becasue of the proximity of the high beam to the low beam not allowing the low beam side's rings to mount to the outside of the low beam's surrounding reflector.

Yes, I think if the low beam (outer) ring was mounted to the outside of the chrome housing it would almost overlap the highbeam (inner) ring.

I plan to do the samething, painting the lights a semi-gloss black and clearing the orange lens. Nice pic.

Nice job man, I have the angel eyes kit for a long time. I don't know where to get it done. I don't want to put it on my car cuz I'm scared of messing up my new headlights. Does anyone know where I can get it done at???

I like how it looks from a distance! I don't really like the way it looks up close, with one ring inside and one ring outside. Seems like the one that's inside the HID housing might block part of the reflector, and distort the way the beam comes out?
