My Newest Mod....

I think I was more gratified with this mod than when I got the cf hood. Maybe it's because I've had the gauges in the garage since last Nov are finally on my car

yes, you definitely do.. very worth the hassle (which actually isn't that bad).

question though, where did you get those reverse indiglo's?.. mine from custommaxima have a horribly annoying circle of indiglo color in the center of the guage, whereas yours are black, like I thought the cm ones would be. regardless, it looks sweet

paint the needles with a blue marker and leave the tips clear.

bijan gxe: mmm... write up? I'm not expert in write up.. I'm pretty sure there are a few write-ups on installing indiglo gauges floating around here. Email me if you have a specific question about the install and I can help you out from there.

willis- I bought mine off good ol' eBay. As always, take a look at the seller feedback as rule of thumb before making purchase.

Freddie- Good idea

.. mo' mods coming soon.

is there a way to light up those needles?

what would that do? I think the underneth of the factory needle is orange or red? Ive been wanting those blue intelliglow needles but they only make them in red for 99s.

As far as a write up theres a few out there I just dont know the links, basically drop your sterring colom, take the screws out holding the gauges in, and most importantly be careful w/ the needles.

Anyways your gauges look pretty good!!!!!! Like mine, I think they would be a little better if the needles lit up IMHO

If you went with the bulbs, you'd find them to be a bit dimmer than you hoped for. Those push-in 194 LEDs are alright, but not as bright as the regular filament bulbs. LEDs and their so-so light dispersion. It looks good Ange.
