Considering getting 300zx calipers but might not clear my aftermarket rims. The stock calipers are kindof close to the back part of the rim. Are the 300zx calipers alot wider than stock?

 

yeah, they're quite a bit wider.. remember the Z calipers have another piston on the outside of the caliper compared to our OEM ones.. that's part of the reason they work so much better.

what rims do you have, and what size? maybe someone here has knowledge about them if they'll work with the Z calipers.

 

The rims I got were 5zigen 5ZR> 17x7.5 with 48offset. I guess they wont work with the 300zx brakes
