You powerbraking that thing on a regular basis or something? Mine is auto too, 3 1/2 yrs old and feels good as the day it came off the lot (knock on wood).

After 1 1/2 hour rests the reverse gear moves the car at only about 17-1800 rpm (no pressure?). There is a delay/slip between 2nd and 3rd under full throttle. The tranny shifts when the car is fully warm hard as $hit, like 75% as bad as the resistor. CV joints problably love it.
This third tranny was a POS from day one with MAJOR slipping from 1st to second, like an increase of 1000rpm between shifts.
