I need to pick up a front valve cover. If you can pick up one easily, please let me know. I'll pay for it + shipping.

 

95% of the time, junkyards won't part out an engine like that. They'll sell the entire engine or heads, but not a valve cover. you may get lucky though..

there's a place near my school, I'll give them a call and see what they say.

I just found one on car-part.com
do a search for a valve cover for a '96 maxima, and you'll see it.
there's only one listed in there for the entire country.

several engines are listed saying "needs valve cover & oil pan", so some places may or may not part the engines out.
sometimes those parts are destroyed in wrecks too, so it could be the reason they're missing.
