Strange wheel noise............help!

I have a stange wheel noise coming from the drivers side. I did do a complete 360 in the snow smashing my wheel into a barrier. Lucky for me there was no body damage. The wheel was bend and has since been replaced. I took the car for a wheel aligment and the camber was @ 0.0 on the drivers side and a -0.7 on the passinger side. He said they both sould be -0.7. He said change the strut mount, lower control arm and possiable the spindle. My dad said that's almost the whole set-up. I would like to know what the problem is and not paid for pieces i don't need.

The noise is like a tire noise, it varies also it sounds like metal is rubbing. The steering wheel dont not shake or vibrate and the car pull to the left. Please help

Thanks!
