Fuses blowing

Does anyone ahve problems with the fuses blowing (specifically the tail lamp fuse) after long use of the fog lights, corner lamps and headlights? I had my buddy (MrGone) rewire the fogs and corners and my dad thinks that the relay/fuse is getting too much juice and causing the fuse to blow. I've been through 4 fuses in a month but tried to blow the next one and couldn't. My fogs were shut off and drove around w/ my headlights and corners on for the whole day and they didn't blow.

Is this a matter of simply rewireing it again so the fogs are going off the button or am I just imagining things because no one else has had this problem before....?
