Oil Return Lines for Turbos

What exact hose/line should be used when doing an oil return line for a turbocharger? Where should it go on the engine? And, lastly, where can I get one? Thanks all.

Well, I think you are a little mixed up Jason. You tap that line going into the oil pan for the oil feed line. You tap that right where the oil pressure sender switch is. I need to know what to do with the oil return line. Included with this kit was a 1 foot long section of regular high pressure hose that was secured to a fitting that bolted to the turbo. The other side then feeds into the upper valve cover. I just need to know if this is ok, or if there is a better location that I can do relatively cheap. Thanks again Jason.....

the oil return line should be -10AN if using stainless steel lines and aluminum fittings. if you're using rubber hose and barbed fittings, get something that's at least 5/8" ID. The ideal place to return the oil is in the upper oil pan. www.summitracing.com has SS lines and Earl's fittings. your local auto parts store has high temp rubber lines if you choose to go that route.

I have the high temp rubber hose already. But the PFI kit has it routing to the valve cover. Is this ok to do or should I just do the upper oil pan? Does anyone have pictures of the line routing to the upper oil pan. Thanks for the help Thomas.
