Best place to mount ballats and starter for aftermarket HID lights?

Best place to mount ballats and starter for aftermarket HID lights?

Suggestions & experiences would be appreciated!

Drivers side - Mount on top of the relay box.

Passenger side - Mount on the black plastic guard thing that hangs down from the radiator support.

take out your Headlight housing and mount them on the bumper support. They will fit with no problems and they will be hidden as well as protected against water.

both ballats and starter? did you mount it with just double sided tape or zip ties, and did you mount it in any specific location on the bumper support or just on top anywhere?
