are the o2 sensors located only on the y-pipe? If not where are the rest of them?

two are located on the ypipe... the front ones, the other one is located right near, or on, the catalytic converter, and thats the rear.
the front left sensor is on the first upward bend of your y-pipe, while the right one is on the second upward bend...
These are really easy to change, and are 65$ each shipped to your door from www.oxygensensors.com dont pay 130 at the dealer!

What year is the car? I have a 99 with Calif spec emissions, and there are 4 O2 sensors, all up near the engine. There is no sensor behind the rear cat..

I want to replace all 3 of mine and I was wondering, do you just unplug the wire harness thing and pull out the O2 sensors? What tools did you use for this? Should I get OEM type aftermarket replacements since I don't think I can use universal ones b/c I'll have to make those fit
