I have done this many times, and its not that hard . It takes a little trial and error but its worth it. There is a link to instructions but idk it so ill give u the rundown on it. First get some tinsnips, some carboard or posterboard, a marker and some zipties or jb quik weld if you want the grill glued to your car.( not my preference). Cut out a template of whicever hole your going to be doing. lay it on top of the mesh( which by the way is gutter guard sold at home improvement stores for about $1.50) now trace the template on to the grill and leave about a quarter of an inch all around . Then cut. Place against the stock grill and kinda size up what you have to work with. You want to bend back the edge of the mesh, just about 1/4 inch and put in place then if it fits drill appropriate holes for zip ties , dont worry on mine you cant see holes or ties. Zip tie to grill or hole and stand back in awe. once you start you will see what you have to do, like i said its a little trial and error. Good luck.

I wanted to use the black plastic mesh they sell for use as gutter guards. Your method sounds good...I'll try and adjust for this stuff. Just want to clarify, you drilled small holes on your bumper cover to fit zipties into?

i did not do fog holes i did my stock 95 grill and the holes below it. On the grill i drilled between the top of the grill itself and the bottom of the plastic piece it is attached to.On the middle cut out of the bumper the mesh is held by the license plate holder and the lower cutout is discreetly zip-tied. Sorry for any confusion
