I have a 95 se 5 speed. I am still having problems with loss of power in general. And my gas milege is horrible also. I have no codes and have checked everything i can think of and find on here. Has anyone tried cleaning the injectors and how do you do it? Ive already tried the 44k and no change in performance. Am i missing something??? Please advise and help.....

 

Also has anyone tried the service offered a Grease Monkey, Jiffy lube ect to have the system cleaned, including the vacuum lines?

 

Let's assuming you've replaced the fuel filter, changed plugs, and checked the air filter. Then a fuel system cleaning might be in order. I've used the Motorvac cleanings with good success. You could also try a bottle of fuel sys cleaner before taking it in.\

 

O2 sensor.

 

Get a 32 ounce can of Outlaw fuel system cleaner and Octane booster.
Put 16 oz. in your tank and fill it up. Drive it until 1/2 tank and put the rest in and fill up again.
If you still have power and gas mileage problems then you have an O2 sesnor problem, or bad TPS, or bad Air flow meter ground, or.... one of about 30 other things.
