99 maxima tire question

recently bought myself a 99 maxima
but the pervious owner change the tires to 215/60/16 with stock springs i thinkg
i was wondering will this affect my ride?
what is the proper tire size if i want to keep the 16inches rims?
is it 215/55/16 with stock suspension?
i don tknow what else he did to the car i will have to go through it with a fine tooth combs one day

The sidewall is taller meaning your ride quality should be better. Look at it this way if you had low profile tires the quality would suck...

Your fine, you should just have a slightly cushier (highly dependant on tire) ride. Im running 225-55/16's and i love them...

Re: 99 maxima tire question

suspension shouldn't change the size of a tire

the stock size is 215/55/16

i'd use these til they're dead, then change the size when you get a new set, they're nothing to worry about.
