would a 300 zx tranny fit a maxima

now i was wondering theres the t25 tranny that came with the old school zx and that tranny was built to handle a turbo. Now do they fit our maximas or do you need to do a entire engine swap from our vg to the VG30ET so it can fit or would you just need a new fly wheel.
