Can I CHECK my Fuel Filter??

How can I tell if it's time for a new fuel filter? The guy At jiffy lube said "Hey mang, ju gonna haffa git a noo fuel filter mang. Iz gonna mak ju car drive a lot better you know?"

So.. how do I tell?

More than 30k miles on your current filter? If so, or if you dont know, replace it. It's only a $14 part.
