4th Gen max vs. Civic hx

Hey Guys. My friend w/ a 98 civic hx or dx 5sp. swears he can beat me off the line. He has headers, and intake, and exhaust. My Max is a 5sp. and has only frankencar intake, everything else stock. The reason I havent shut his mouth is because I dont like to race. Tell me what u guys think. Thanks

Start off in 2nd...and still win. My buddy continually owns Civics with his stock Jeep Cherokee.

I really wouldnt worry about it, I drove my friend's civic and holy crap its slow. The day I was driving it, it happened to be raining.. I floored it and seriously thought the tires were spinning because of how slowly the car was accelerating, turned out they weren't. The passing power is so bad its practically dangerous.
