I bought a 95 GLE a while ago and now the time has come to change my brake pads. I have almost zero experience working on cars, but I am thinking of doing it myself. Midas wants $100 per pair, which seems rediculous. I know that it isn't too complex of an operation, and I think I have the initiative to just go ahead and do it. I just wanted to check with you guys first and see if there is any advice you could give me.

 

Get a Haynes Manual! Its not that hard...Some good jack stands will help too. Check this site out, it might help Good Luck
