O2 and KS sensors

If my O2 sensors and KS sensor test out fine and are not pulling codes or anything, is there anyway I can clean them? will this give a performance boost? cause i keep hearing stories on these boards about people replacing their KS or O2 sensors and getting huge gains? How do you know if this will benefit you cause I bought this car used @ 125K miles so I have no clue if it is driving sluggish as compared to B4 i bought like when it was new>...??!?!

use carb or throttle body cleaner to clean your o2 sensors, they are located in the y-pipe, one in each bend, and one is on your b pipe right after the cat...the KS is a little harder to get to, have fun, check on motorvate to get instructions on how to get to it, but sand the contacts lightly to clean them

KS and O2 sensors

will i see any performance difference by cleaning the KS or O2 sensors??? even if they appear to be working fine right now...i do have 125K miles on them and they maybe really dirty, but they aren't pullin any codes or anything....
