Weird Cranking noise During Start up HELP!!!!

i recently have this weird Cranking noise during start up my engine would sound like it is scraping on something it also would have to take a couple of trys before it get started could this be an bad engine mount my car been having so much problem recently any advice would be greatly appreciated !!

95 Maxima GXE with 135K 5 Speed

Sounds to me like your starter is going bad. I've heard of many people having issues with their starters. I was having similiar issues so I replaced mine last week with a unit off of a junked max. Problem solved.

i have just recently replace an New Nissan Factory starter and the Knock Sensor like 2 months ago so mostly i don't think it's the Starter any advice would be greatly appreciated !!

Scrapping Noise

I've been getting a wierd scrapping noise on cranks, too. Mine are only on cold starts in the morning, but it always starts up.

It could be your battery because I just changed mine with with an optima batteries and the car starts right up. Just go to autozone and have check out you battery, starter, and alternator.

that could be the issue cause my battery is kinda old and i got the bull**** brand "MOTORCRAFT" make by Ford i think the battery is over 2 years old it's been having these white buildup on the connectors on the battery but just keep the ideals coming Guys Thanks !!
