How is the ash tray/change drawer light replaced? What type of bulb is it as well?

 

you gotta take of ur shifter console thing, and then twist the light out and change the bulb (theres a screw behind the ash tray when u take it out and then pop the console out)

dunno the bulb size, but its pretty small

 

I used a MINIMAX White LED. Bent the prongs to slide right into the bulb adaptor. The bulb-side of th MINIMAX LED slides right into the housing. Then I used electrical tape to securely tape the LED onto the back of the ashtray thingy. Make sure u test it out first... you may have to "flip" the bulb leads in order to get it to work. Current is only allowed to flow one way in LEDs. The color looks WAAAY better, but it isn't SUPER BRIGHT.
