when to do first coolant change/trans flush?

I was thinking doing my first trans flush at around 15k and my first coolant flush at about 30k, how does this sound to most of you?

They say 30K for the tranny and I think something like 45K for coolant, but not sure on the coolant.

Owners manual and Haynes say 60k for coolant but its not a good idea because coolant turns acidic. I did mine at 32k and replaced both hoses, coolant was in very good cond. I took the car to dlr for the tranny flush with thier new machine and it does shift a little smoother, they run a cleaner through and then flush all trans fluid with a conditioner.

manual trans. gear oil, every 30k miles is OK, although some say you never have to change it...
If you change it, you might as well make it a productive job by putting in synthetic gear oil (Redline MT-90 or Amsoil)
