damn thats some serious gains. they expect the stage 2 to give 80+hp to the wheels over stage 1. sick turbo. and for 2000+, heres their quote: "2000+ Maxima version coming soon..... "
im laughing with anticipation, imagine what it will do for the 5th gens

Over an 80% gain in power with "only 6psi". Right.

correct me if i'm wrong here, but since when did a dyno graph show HP to Speed(mph) comparision. I thought it was more like HP to RPM...

The norm would be power vs RPM, but if you don't hookup the RPM sensor then you can still dyno, but you'll only get power vs MPH.

When I blow the 3.0, for now I keep diverting funds around the car, since I've blown unholy amounts this summer. Honestly, I will do it during the winter. I knew CM(CustomMaxima) had a turbo kit in the works. I knew the folks who built the prototype on the 4th gen. There was a time when CM came under attack in a thread for his ad in a mag about the kit. I supported his claims confidently that the kit does exist.

I know the 30DE-K Turbo Kit exists.
As for 35DE, issues w/ fuel management and the up pipe, down pipe routing needs some work.
on the new site.

So does that mean the kit custom maxima is making is for the 3.0 or 3.5? Or, are they making a kit for both engines?

CM is coming out with the 3.0 first.. They already have it installed on a few prototype 5thgens...

I wouldn't expect a 3.5 kit to be out anytime soon....

The 3.5 kit isn't too far off, but who says you can't swap blocks to increase displacement on 3-9 motors.
