how to get rid of swirl marks..?

i have a quick question, first, how do you get those very small scrath marks { im assuming theyre called swirl marks..} ? is it from just washing the car, or waxing, and they only show up at certain times of the day? i see them mainly during the evening and at night... also, how would you get rid of them if possible? i bought some 3m "swirl mark remover" and it didnt do shiot.. do i need a buffer or a polisher or what? please im really gettting tired of this thanks

Your max is black huh? Yea swirl marks are b*tch and are kinda, but not really hard to get rid of.

ECONOMICAL WAY:
-Wash the car
-Dry w/ microfiber towel or shammy
-apply some scratch remover
-buff the sh*t out of it w/ an appilcator pad. (your arm will go numb)
-Wash again
-wax on
-wax off
-tire shine
-windows
-vaccum
-dash

OR....

Take it to a local detailing shop, they'll charge around $120 for a FULL detail and buffing depending on how good they are.
