I was looking at a beautiful black on black '97 GLE and noticed it had
35,000 miles. I ran a VIN history with autocheck and it came up with the following results below...just wondering what kind of wear I should look for on the car to see if the odometer reading is accurate. Is there a way I would I could check on the mileage through the DMV or other sources?

Also, what were the factory tires put on a 97 GLE?

seems goos to me. my GLE came with Michilen MXV-4 i think. i have seen some with others i believe
b4 u buy have it inspected by a good machanic

 

looks good! Low mileage and appears to be one owner.. how much are they asking for it?

 

i wouldnt pay more than 12,500 for it

 

I ended up buying it for 10,400...now I just need to sell my current car and it should be all set.

 

There should be more mileage checks, one should've been taken each time the car was serviced...
