Intercooler ?

On Ebay they have a 23.5 X 8 X 3 from Spearco, priced $320. It seems close to the PFI intercooler setup measuring (20x7.8x3.5).

Will this size fit? Or do I need to hack something from behing the front bumper?? I would like to keep my Fog-Lamps.
