Threw Code 0102 (MAF)

I was cruising on the freeway at 70mph up a slight incline and suddenly the car lurched...not boosting at all.

1 minute later the CEL came on - but it still ran fine and I made it no problem the 20 miles home....EGT's looked to be within normal range.

Pulled the codes and got 0102 - Mass Air Flow Sensor

I checekd the connections on the MAF, and it's fine.

Reset the ECU, and took it for a drive - it feels just fine - no hesitation, no more lurching. However - I thought I've imagined this sort of lurch before, but ignored it because I wasn't totally sure of what was happening. It has happened maybe 3 tiems in 6 months, each time while on the freeway at cruising speed.

Any ideas?
