Anyone near me with H&R springs?

I'm seriously considering installing some H&R springs on my Max primarly for the look factor more than the handling, but I would really like to see and ride in a Max first before I commit to doing this. Anyone in or around Nashville, TN with these springs? I just completed putting on some stock SE springs along with KYB GR-2's two weeks ago and I love the improved handling, but the wheel gap is causing me a little pain to look at. With the existing suspension I am REALLY pleased. Still not as firm as my Acura Legend GS was, but still nice.

I would really appreciate it if I could meet up with someone to check out there ride if at all possible.

h & r's will be nice, but it seems like you want a slightly more drastic drop, i dont think the h & r's are that bad, but others dont think they drop very well

Actually I don't think I really need or want a drastic drop for a couple of reasons. Number one being that my home is on a 28% grade so getting in and out of my driveway without scrapping would be a must. I put on some 16" SE rims with slightly larger tires and that made my Max look even a little taller. If I could just get a drop that pulled it back down to where it was before or slightly lower with the new rims, well that would probably be A OK by me. Number two being I'm a family man with wife, two kids, and minivan. I rarely speed, but I do drive agressive in traffic. I don't want to be that sad 30 year old guy in my neighborhood trying to retain his youth by maxing out his ride (no pun intended)
I'm not looking for that slammed look, just better than what it is now.

What about the ride quality in this setup? Should I expect to end up with a butt bruise everytime I drive my ride? I can handle a little firmer ride, but I don't want a corvette type of ride either.

I had H&R's installed along with KYB AGXs, my set-up being w/15" rims and slightly higher profile tires. It's a very smooth set-up, IMHO. I'd say a little firmer than stock, but damned close. If you are keeping your stock struts/shocks, then it should be even smoother.

Best of all, the H&R's take away that 4x4 look, without making the car look "slammed". It's how the car should have been to begin with. Any lower might look cool, but rules out daily driver use--you'd have chiropractic bills before you know it.
